Congratulations to Teresa with her steller entry for week 9! There was some stiff competition from Allison with ruffled flats and Gretchen with Zebra striped heels, but these polka-dotted, lightning-bolted, hearted, etc. heels (which I discovered were the result of some treasure hunting through Ross) pulled it off this week!I'm not going to lie, I am more than just a little jealous of Teresa for owning these shoes!
